By accessing or using Timbrul, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Accounts
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information (including age, gender, and contact details). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials managed via Supabase.
3. Use of Service
Timbrul is a language learning platform. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the platform or interfere with its operation.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and data on this platform are the property of Timbrul or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our permission.
5. Communications
By signing up, you consent to receive communications from us via email (Resend) and instant messaging (WhatsApp) regarding your courses and account updates.
6. Limitation of Liability
Timbrul is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Timbrul'a erişerek veya kullanarak, bu Kullanım Şartları'na bağlı kalmayı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız, lütfen hizmetlerimizi kullanmayın.
2. Hesaplar
Bir hesap oluştururken doğru ve eksiksiz bilgi (yaş, cinsiyet ve iletişim bilgileri dahil) sağlamalısınız. Supabase aracılığıyla yönetilen hesap kimlik bilgilerinizin gizliliğini korumaktan siz sorumlusunuz.
3. Hizmet Kullanımı
Timbrul bir dil öğrenme platformudur. Hizmeti yalnızca yasal amaçlarla ve bu Şartlara uygun olarak kullanmayı kabul edersiniz. Platformu kötüye kullanmamayı veya işleyişine müdahale etmemeyi taahhüt edersiniz.
4. Fikri Mülkiyet
Bu platformdaki tüm içerik, ticari markalar ve veriler Timbrul'un veya lisans verenlerinin mülkiyetindedir. İznimiz olmadan hiçbir içeriği çoğaltamaz veya dağıtamazsınız.
5. İletişim
Kayıt olarak, kurslarınız ve hesap güncellemelerinizle ilgili olarak bizden e-posta (Resend) ve anlık mesajlaşma (WhatsApp) yoluyla iletişim almayı kabul edersiniz.
6. Sorumluluk Sınırı
Timbrul "olduğu gibi" sunulmaktadır. Hizmeti kullanımınızdan kaynaklanan dolaylı, arızi veya netice kabilinden doğan zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.
7. Şartlarda Değişiklikler
Bu şartları herhangi bir zamanda değiştirme hakkını saklı tutarız. Platformun kullanılmaya devam edilmesi, yeni şartların kabul edildiği anlamına gelir.
