- Account Information: When you sign up via Supabase Auth, we collect your name, email address, age, gender, and phone number.
- Communication Data: We may process data regarding your interactions with us via WhatsApp and the website chat assistant for support, lead follow-up, and course coordination.
- Chat Data: If you use the website chat assistant, we may store the conversation, visitor identifier, and contact details you choose to share, such as email, name, or phone number.
- Usage Data: We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous, cookieless data on how you navigate and use our website (e.g., pages visited, session duration) to improve user experience. No personal data is collected and no consent is required.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your data to:
- Provide and manage your language learning account.
- Send you transactional emails (e.g., welcome emails, password resets) using Resend.
- Coordinate classes and provide support via WhatsApp.
- Respond to chatbot inquiries and follow up when you share contact details.
- Analyze platform performance and improve our services.
4. Third-Party Services
We share data with trusted third-party service providers to run our application:
- Supabase: For authentication and database hosting.
- Resend: For sending email notifications.
- Vercel Analytics & Speed Insights: For cookieless, privacy-first web analytics. No personal data is transmitted.
- WhatsApp: For direct communication.
- Website chat assistant: For answering course questions and collecting optional contact details.
5. Cookies
Timbrul uses only essential session cookies required to keep you logged in and to secure your account (via Supabase Auth). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies entirely.

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Timbrul, yalnızca oturumunuzu açık tutmak ve hesabınızı güvende tutmak için zorunlu oturum çerezlerini kullanır (Supabase Auth aracılığıyla). Reklam veya izleme çerezi kullanmıyoruz. Vercel Analytics tamamen çerezsiz çalışır.

Kişisel verilerinizi yetkisiz erişime veya ifşaya karşı korumak için uygun teknik önlemleri uyguluyoruz. Ancak, hiçbir internet aktarımı tamamen güvenli değildir ve mutlak güvenliği garanti edemeyiz.
